Fundamentals
Being a telemetry monitoring system, MEDIATOR™ uses telemetric technologies of the software and an interchangeable auxiliary hardware system to determine and monitor clinical signs of a subject.
What clinical signs can MEDIATOR™ assess?
These clinical signs would include:
- registration of changes in the color of the skin and mucous membranes;
- body temperature;
- vegetative-vascular reactions;
- mental activity;
- disorders of the motor sphere.
Moreover, assessment of the data obtained allows for analysis and submission of recommendations by the decision support system, while the registration of parameters is being carried out via a remote live feed interaction with a medical practitioner or pre-set automated scheduled medical examination with or without participation of a medical practitioner.
Furthermore, MEDIATOR™ monitors, reads and measures signals and parameters of a subject’s vital signs as well, providing for the basic information such as:
- Heart Rate B/Min;
- Blood Pressure;
- Breathing Frequency;
- Stress Level of a subject;
- Heart Rate Variablity;
How does MEDIATOR™ conducts an assessment?
There are two options!
First is an automated consultation, where a subject communicates with AI through a series of questions. During the session, MEDIATOR™ processes required data and analyzes fit for possible deviations. If required, a Medical Practitioner is notified immediately to engage into a live video conversation.
A second option is to conduct a live telemedical assessment, where a Medical Practitioner, during a live video conference call, has a vast number of remote tools right under their fingertips. Depending on situation, they can initialize any number of assessments, including an option to receive data from an auxiliary gadget, previously provided to a patient.
Our operating company True Preferences, Inc. provides telehealth services though its web channels as well as offers a software for download via Apple Store.
The Company’s main focus at the moment is to continue the development of the aforementioned functions of the system as well as to continue its work in the field of NBIC Research and Development — the convergence of nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology, and cognitive science in order to excel in the field of telemetry and remote assessments.

During Your Appointment
Due to a nature of the procedure of computer vision telemedical appointments, there are certain aspects our clients must take in consideration in order for MEDIATOR™ to provide accurate results. During the session:
- Please, make sure that you are comfortably sitting at the table with your feet stretched out straight.
- Please, keep your hands on the table.
- Please, make sure that you have ample of straight bright lighting your face.
- Please remove heavy make-up and try to stay still. The more you move, the more noise you will create leading for an inaccurate assessment.
